CoachesDiscount.com has been serving customers online since 2004. We have a retail store in Tupelo, Mississippi that is a full-service comprehensive sporting goods operation. The name of this business is Bill Williams Sporting Goods. Bill Williams Sporting Goods has been outfitting players across the state of Mississippi for over 50 years.
During that time, we have established fond relationships with hundreds of thousands of customers, coaches and players across the state of Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee.
The store was initially established by George Watson and was located on Main Street in Tupelo, MS. George's top salesperson was a likeable man named Bill Williams. Bill Williams bought the store when George retired.
One of Bill's top salespersons was an Ole Miss grad named Luke Harris. Luke played tight end for the Ole Miss Rebels while in college and in high school played for the Amory Panthers. Luke loved playing sports, watching sports and spending time talking to coaches. Luke called on high school football, baseball, softball, basketball and soccer coaches while working for Bill Williams. According to a former head football coach at Winona High School, "Luke always had customer service as a top priority in his business. He checked and double-checked to make sure I was satisfied with what I ordered. If ever something was not right, he fixed it. Because of this, I have always purchased football equipment and uniforms from him, even when I changed jobs and went to work at a different school. His word is good and I respect that."
Today, Luke Harris is the owner of Bill Williams Sporting Goods and no matter if a customer is shopping online, calling on the phone, or walking through the front door that can expect the same high standards that Luke embodied when he was working for Bill Williams. Under the direction of Luke Harris, the operation was moved to 1212 West Main Shopping Center. The store hours are Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm.
